This is my 1953 Ford F100. I bought it in October of 1991, and it had been used pretty hard. It already had a 289 engine and C4 transmission from a 67 Mustang. The following pictures will show the work I have done to the truck over the years. I did all of the work myself, paint, upholstery, body work and all the mechanical. The only worked I farmed out was the machine work on the engine. Most of the pictures are scans of photographs and I apologize for the quality.

The before picture. This is how it looked.

A look at the interior, not too bad.

This is before I started tear down, I wrote the date on the windshield.

During tear down.

Some chassis pictures, later I installed a Mustang II front suspension.

I rebuilt the Mustang 289.
